Your landlord may bring an action to evict you during your tenancy. Possible grounds for eviction include:
- Failure to pay rent
- Over occupancy (too many tenants living in the unit)
- Disturbing the peace and quiet of your neighbors
- A violation of a material lease provision
Be advised. Even if you are evicted during your lease, you may still owe the balance of the rent due for the remainder of the lease term. Schedule an appointment as soon as you receive any notice that the eviction process has begun.
